Project Planning
We use tailored tools and systems developed from decades of industry experience to manage every project with precision. At the core is a Detailed Measure and Initial Cost Forecast, which forms the basis of our Deposit Request. This forecast serves as a benchmark, providing a structured reference for all future cost assessments, ensuring the project stays aligned with financial expectations.
(02)
Procurement Schedule
At the start of each project, we create a detailed Procurement Schedule that lists every required item and material. This schedule includes a “Design Freeze” column that indicates the timeline for critical design decisions, providing clarity for clients and designers and keeping the project on track. This tool is invaluable in aligning procurement with our Program of Works.
(03)
Program of Works
Our Program of Works is a roadmap for each project, outlining when each phase of construction will occur. Internally, we conduct monthly Target Programs, aiming to advance end dates for key tasks and create a time buffer. This proactive scheduling minimises risks and ensures we’re prepared to handle any unexpected delays.
(04)
Cost Value Reconciliation
We carry out Cost Value Reconciliations every quarter, or every six weeks on larger projects, to track Paid-to-Date information meticulously. This allows us to deliver precise forecasts for anticipated costs to completion and keeps clients informed with meaningful updates on the likely final account. Design decisions can then be made with a clear view of the project’s financial landscape.

Progress Reports
Monthly Progress Meetings provide a structured forum to review detailed reports on the project’s status. Each report follows a consistent template covering Projected Final Account, Projected End Date, Critical and Live Issues, Procurement, Planning, Technical Matters, and Health and Safety. These reports ensure all stakeholders have a clear, up-to-date view of the project’s progress, fostering transparency and confidence at every stage.

Rigorous Quality Control
Our quality control system includes multiple checkpoints throughout the build. Each stage is carefully inspected, ensuring that all work aligns with our standards and your expectations. From foundations to final finishes, we address every detail to avoid reworks, minimise delays, and deliver a product that exemplifies excellence. Managing Director, Rory, completes the snagging process himself prior to approval and handover.
