Large Scale Manufacturing Plants in WA and NSW

Our large-scale specialised Weldlok grating/treads and handrailing manufacturing plants in Western Australia and New South Wales are the only one of its kind in Australia, with capabilities to produce 600sqm of flooring and 600 metres of handrail every shift, to ensure key deadlines are met.

This is complemented by our large and experienced workforce and extensive specialised Weldlok grating/treads and handrailing specific manufacturing machinery, enabling us to provide a full technical, fabrication and delivery service like no other.

Hitachi Maintenance Facility
Location:
Forrestdale, WA
Weldlok West produced over 1200 lineal metres of specialised heavy-duty grates and frames meeting a Class G load classification. Hitachi needed the flexibility of a drop-in grate to account for the expanding and contracting of the large concrete slabs with pre-tensioning reinforcement and Weldlok was able to produce a solution.
