The WegWijsVR app is a game. You receive assignments and can earn points with that. During the assignments you end up in traffic in various simulated situations. If you do it well enough, you can continue. Play and practice often. Then you know when you go to school or house on foot or by bike, much better what you have to do and above all do not have to do.

The effect of WegWijsVR has been proven in an experiment among 600 primary school students in the Netherlands (Tilburg) in 2016/2017. SWOV investigated whether WegWijsVR promotes safe traffic behavior.
1. The results show that children who practice traffic situations in a virtual environment perform up to 49% traffic tasks more safely.
2. Parents believe that their child, after using WegWijsVR, is better able to deal with difficult or unexpected traffic situations.
3. 65% of users indicate that WegWijsVR is instructive, 50% find practice with the app useful.
