What is your minimum charge for a one-time update or fix?
Our minimum service fee starts at $55/hour, which covers basic content changes or minor troubleshooting. We’ll always confirm the scope and cost with you before starting any work.
Do you charge per hour or per task?
We typically charge by the hour to ensure a more cost-effective approach for our clients. You’re welcome to submit multiple changes in a single request. Our team will evaluate the full scope of work and provide a consolidated quote along with an estimated timeline for completion.
What if I require urgent or immediate assistance?
For urgent requests, you may opt for our Express Support Service at a rate of $85/hour.
Please note that express support is subject to developer availability. In order to accommodate urgent timelines, the task may be assigned to the next available developer, which may not necessarily be your regular website developer.

How much do you charge for more complex fixes or custom requests?
Complex fixes such as plugin conflicts, layout issues, or theme troubleshooting are quoted individually based on the estimated work involved. We’ll provide a detailed breakdown and estimated timeframe before starting.

Yes, full payment is required upfront before work begins.
What happens if the issue can’t be fixed after payment?
In most cases, our team will successfully identify and resolve the issue. However, if the problem cannot be addressed due to external limitations, we will provide information on our findings. Please note that the initial diagnostic fee of $50 is non-refundable, as it covers the time spent assessing the issue. If additional troubleshooting has been paid for and the issue remains unresolved, that portion of the payment will be fully refunded.
