My career in design kicked off in 1999, where I got my start designing intranet sites and marketing materials at Intel. Across various studios, sign shops, and freelance work, the 00s I was lucky design for icons like Disney, Toyota, and In-N-Out Burger. Whether I was designing digital interfaces, massive trade show booths, or leading environmental design, those early years taught me a fundamental truth: a brand is only as strong as its ability to connect with human behavior. I’ve spent nearly three decades trying to get that connection exactly right.
In 2012, I entered the digital agency world by joining the Webfor team, eventually leading the creative department as we built websites and visual identities for a massive range of businesses.By 2018, the entrepreneurial itch became too loud to ignore, so I founded my own creative agency, which was later acquired by a larger agency. Following the merger, I stepped into a dual role as Director of Operations and Creative Director, overseeing digital brand strategy for a roster of over 300 clients. That chapter was a masterclass in high-level leadership, proving that a brilliant creative vision is only as good as the operational grit behind it.
Now, things have come full circle. I’ve returned to Webfor as Fractional Creative Director, bridging the gap between big-picture strategy and world-class execution. These days, I’m focused on building brand and CX strategies that move the needle for SMBs. I believe high-performing design starts with putting users first: their needs drive every decision about UX and functionality.
I’m thrilled to be back with this team to build creative systems that drive measurable business growth!
Personally, I find myself spending a lot of free time training custom local AI models, and self-hosting my entire digital ecosystem. It’s all driven by a lifelong obsession with understanding how tech works, and an even greater drive to make it work better. When I'm not tinkering with tech, I’m usually traveling, spending time with my family, deeply immersed in a video game (currently Star Citizen, Battlefield 6, and Diablo 4), or perfecting the art of slow-smoked BBQ in the back yard.
