Most content gap tools tell you which keywords your competitors rank for. That's not what I needed. I needed to know which concepts Google has learned belong on a page about my topic, and which ones my content was missing. After digging into how entity co-occurrence actually works, I built a Claude Code workflow that does this in about 20 minutes: 1. Crawl your top 5 competitors 2. Run each page through the Google Natural Language API 3. Build a frequency table of every entity that appears across 3+ competitor pages 4. Compare it against your own page The output isn't a keyword list. It's a map of what Google has already been taught to expect on pages covering your topic, based on the pages it ranks above you. A fence installation page missing "HOA approval" and "permit requirements" doesn't just lack those keywords. It looks incomplete to Google compared to pages that cover the full topic. That's the difference between keyword gap analysis and entity co-occurrence gap analysis. New post walking through the full workflow is up. Link in the comments.
