What platform is pro built on?

Web Designer Pro® is built on Circle - how do I put it in professional terms…it’s freaking awesome. It’s like a mix between Facebook (without the distractions and polarization), Slack and LinkedIn. The UX (user experience) is beautiful. It’s easy to navigate and get used to; you can customize your notifications with ease, it lends itself to distraction-free conversations, and it’s quick and snappy. Circle continues to release new features and upgrades constantly. They’re on the cutting edge with building forum-based and membership sites so I’m personally very happy to have chosen Circle to be the foundation of our community.

I've been an early adopter of Circle since its launch in 2020 and have not looked back. It truly just keeps getting better and better. I have a growing list of videos about Circle here on my YouTube Channel

When are the weekly calls?

The weekly coaching calls with Josh are generally on Tuesdays and rotate between 11am and 2:30pm ET. We try to "scope up the world" that way everyone can join live at least 1-2 times per month!

And if you can't make it, all calls are recorded. You can access the entire replay back catalog in Pro and via your private member podcast feed!

Is there an app?

Yeppers! Circle has a desktop app and mobile apps for both Apple and Android so you can access Pro on the go.

Do I get direct coaching with Josh?

All Pro members have access to Josh in different capacities:

  • For Course tier members, Josh hosts a monthly Q&A session where all members can join and ask questions live. But no access to the community or coaching spaces.
  • Community tier members get access to Josh in the forums, challenges, monthly workshops and the monthly Q&A calls. But no direct message coaching.
  • Coaching tier members have direct private message access to me to get coaching. You'll also be able to join the weekly coaching calls to come up for member hot seats (10-15 minute live coaching calls)

Pro is not a 1:1 coaching program with Josh but a 1:1 50 minute call is currently available for Pros on the annual plan.

What if I need to cancel my membership?

No problemo. You’ll be able to easily cancel your membership at any time. You’ll have full access to Pro through the rest of your paid billing cycle.

And if you'd like to rejoin, all your profile data like course progress, comments and posts will be retained.

Can I pause my membership?

We don't offer a "pause" option but you're always welcome to step out then rejoin when the time is right.

Note: the Coaching Tier is limited space so if you leave or downgrade, you will lose your spot until openings are available.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes you can upgrade to the annual to save $$$ per year or go month-to-month any time.

Is there a guaranteed result?

We cannot guarantee your results. However, after a 2024 survey, 75% of members reported a 2-5X increase in revenue within 3 months.

High-performing members have achieved 10X+ results in a period of 6 to 12 months.

While we cannot gaurantee your results will be the same as other members, my personal guarantee (from Josh) is that – if you go through the courses, follow the right pathways for you, and engage with the Web Designer Pro community, you will be able to confidently sell websites starting at $2,500 per website with an average price point of $5,000 USD for your builds as you offer larger packages.

But it is up to you to learn and apply.

Is there a refund or money-back guarantee?

No – since the courses, training and resources inside of Pro are vast, and value-packed. Because you get thousands of dollars' worth of value as soon as you sign in, we cannot offer refunds. We ask that you be sure you’re committed and that it’s not a financial burden before you join.
