Filter Index List
To filter the columns type one or more words in the Filter box. The filter breaks the input into individual words and then matches those words in any position and in any order in the table.

Sort Index List
To sort by columns, click on the column label. To sort multiple columns, hold down the shift key while clicking on each column label.

Export Index List
Export buttons allow you to select one or more rows and save the list to a csv file. Hold down the shift or cotrol keys to select multiple rows. Selections are retained when browsing to a new page.

Search Full Text
The Index List Filter only looks at the columns in the Index List. To search the full text of the entire collection use the search icon at the top of the page. Results will open in a new page.
