We're using Devpost only for project submissions. Please refer to https://lu.ma/weavehack2 for all details about the hackathon
Refer to https://wandb.me/weavehacks-info for general participant information.
Requirements
Every submission requires a few things. First, you need to link a public GitHub repository so judges can inspect your code. Second, make sure you list every team member. Third, include a description of every sponsor tool you used and every agent protocol you used. Finally, a demo video is optional, but we highly recommend either a video or some explanatory pictures to make it easier for judges to remember your project when reviewing online.
In both the preliminary and final rounds, participants will have exactly 3 minutes (strictly enforced) to demonstrate what they built. This should have a heavy emphasis on the demo itself and include no more than one or two slides. Their judges will have a chance to ask one or two questions at the end of your presentation.
Make sure you have Zoom installed on your computer! Or that you can access the Zoom web sharing link, https://share.zoom.us
Make sure your submission includes the following:- A unique team name
- Names of all team members (make sure your devpost has emails and socials so we can contact you!)
- A quick screen recording demo of what you built (less than 2 mins!)
- Your X and/or LinkedIn handles, so we can tag you if we feature your project on socials
- A thorough description including
- A 2-3 sentence summary of what you built
- What your project does / what it’s useful for
- How it’s built. What is the agentic logic? How does data flow? What MCP servers/A2A connections are you using?
- A list of every sponsor tool/protocol you used and how you used them. (This is critical for both sponsor prizes and grand prizes)
