Wayne Pipe and Supply Return Policy
General Material Conditions
• All returned products must be in acceptable and sellable condition to receive full credit, unless otherwise pre-approved.
• Wayne Pipe & Supply will not accept returns of items purchased from other companies.
Return Authorization
• An Item or Warranty Return Order Form must be completed to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• All returns require an RMA issued by Wayne Pipe & Supply before products may be returned.
• An RMA acknowledgement will be provided by your sales representative or our main office.
Stock Material Returns
• Stock items may be returned within 60 days of delivery unless approved by WPS.
• May be subject to 15% restocking fees in addition to vendor conditions and approval.
Non-Stock & Special Orders
• Returns of non-stock or special-order items may be subject to 15% restocking fees in addition to vendor approval and conditions.
• Customer is responsible for return freight charges unless otherwise agreed
• Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable unless given prior approval by Wayne Pipe & Supply.
Shipping & Delivery
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs outside Wayne Pipe & Supply’s truck delivery radius when material is ordered in error.
• All returns must include a printed copy of the completed RMA form, which will be emailed to the order contact on file once the return is authorized.
