I have installed the software as well, and I couldn't see any archiving feature. I have opened all the applications, but this feature doesn't exist. I don't think it's possible to use this feature, however, use the File > Save as and then record the data to CD. Additionally, open the HELP menu for the application and look for the recording feature.
Is WaveReader certified for use with the Windows 7 environment? Our company currently is using WaveReader to view some of our claims videos in the Vista environment, but we are in the process of moving to Windows 7 and need to get this approved for that environment if it's compatible.

The latest version released is not oficially compatible with Windows 7 or at least is not certified with this OS. On the other hand, if you still install it in Windows 7, the application will work just fine. Just make sure to run as Administrator the installer and it should install correctly.
Unfortunately, there is no version of this application developed and released for Android operating system and there are no emulators to use on the phone to load these applications. The problem is that the app uses different libraries and protocols that it doesn't worth it to be implemented into Android.
