2. UNIVERSAL OPT-OUT SIGNAL (UOOS) WAVE Podcast Network hereby issues a Universal Opt-Out Signal. We PROHIBIT the sale, sharing, or processing of any network data for:

  • Targeted advertising (including VAST/SmartServe siphoning).

  • AI training or Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.

  • Profiling or automated decision-making.

3. CROSS-BORDER & MULTI-STATE PROTECTION While headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, WAVE Podcast Network operates across multiple jurisdictions. We reserve the right to enforce the specific statutory protections of our hosts' and listeners' resident states. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pennsylvania WESCA & Michigan Eavesdropping Statute (MCL 750.539): Enforcing "All-Party Consent" for the interception of digital communications and server-to-server data handshakes.

  • Florida Security of Communications Act (FSCA): Prohibiting unauthorized recording or interception of network communications.
