Working for Wavemakers United, what do we offer?

We offer a dynamic, purpose-driven workplace where your work truly matters. As part of our team, you’ll help educate children on water-related topics through inspiring events, lectures, collaborations, and hands‑on projects.

At Wavemakers, you’ll join international events and water-focused conferences, expanding your network within the global water sector. We provide a supportive, growth‑oriented environment where you can develop professionally and thrive alongside a motivated, mission‑driven team.

Education Manager

At Wavemakers United, education powers everything we do. Our mission grows through the learning experiences we create, and we’re currently looking for someone who wants to lead, shape, and expand those experiences across the world.

As our Education Manager, you will be the driving force behind our global learning programmes. You develop and organise training materials, support Waves worldwide, and make sure our content stays relevant, practical, and inspiring. You’ll work closely with partners, universities, and our core team and international community to strengthen the educational backbone of Wavemakers United.

You have an eye for structure, enjoy building things that help others learn, and feel at home working with diverse communities around the world. You’re the go-to person for education within our network — the connector who ensures that every Wavemaker has the tools they need to create impact.

This is a volunteer-based role, an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, expand your network and make a meaningful impact alongside a passionate and purpose-driven team.

If this sounds like you, please don’t hesitate to send your CV and motivation letter to community@wavemakersunited.com, we’re looking forward to hearing from you!
