WaveGain is a (Win32) program that applies ReplayGain to wave files

Adds three new options: one to write a 'gain' chunk, another to 'undo' the gain processing, and a third to force reprocessing of a file that already contains a 'gain' chunk. Please see 'Help' for Details of usage - MSVC9.0 compile
