NOTE: Wave requires a CS108 handheld and a SimplyRFiD Pogi Account to function. RFID reduces inventory from days to minutes. Retailers are using 3-4cent RFID tags and replacing barcodes for daily, accurate inventory counts. SimplyRFiD Wave is an inventory system that makes taking inventory fast, accurate, and affordable -- with RFID. The Wave system includes this App (Wave), your iPhone, our Pogi Server backend (on AWS), and the CSL CS108 RFID Handheld. How it works: Place RFID tags on your products, run the Wave App, and take inventory in minutes. The Wave app scans about 700 items per minute and synchronizes one or more Wave handhelds to the Pogi server to sync your inventory to the web. Wave is more than just an app -- it's a complete inventory system and includes support from the SimplyRFID team to transition from chaos to control! FEATURES 1. Synchronize your inventory to any ERP/OMS/Ecommerce system -- daily SKU, Quantity, and Location is the heart of inventory. Wave can sync this data to any ERP or Order Management system. CSV, JSON, Airdrop, and direct REST APIs. With one RFID handheld, you take inventory of a 20,000-unit store inventory in about 30 minutes. Synchronize with Shopify, Netsuite, QuickBooks, ServiceNow, or any other backend in seconds. 2. SGTIN, RAIN CIN, DoD, or Rogue -- we support it all Whether doing big box retailers on the SGTIN standard or managing your own store, Wave supports it. Wave includes all the support to set up and manage serialized RFID inventory and includes training/support on converting from Barcodes to RFID. 3. PICTURES Make your inventory beautiful. You can set a picture for any item and Wave displays in your list as you're inventorying items. 4. TRACKING FIELDS You can select custom field names and properties. A few common fields: - Asset ID or SKU/UPC/EAN for synchronizing to your ERP - Long description - Model Number - Serial Number - Latitude / Longitude (automatically tracked) - Last Seen / Last inventoried date - Location - Calibration Due / Last Calibration - Size - Color - Brand - Owner - Custom-defined fields you can use as you wish 5. GPS Wave stores the GPS location of each item it locates. Outdoors this is within about 1 meter (3 feet) accuracy. Indoors this varies, but it's usually surprisingly accurate unless you are underground. --- Nerd Stats --- Battery life with Wave running on: - iPhone SE (2022): 8 hours continuous - iPod 7th Gen: 2.5 hours continuous (not recommended / end of life) - CSL CS108-2 RFID/2D Barcode scanner: 2 hours of continuous scanning use, 24+ hours standby. Speed: - RAIN RFID scans about 300 items per second, but the reality is you'll scan between 500 and 1,000 per minute. --- REQUIREMENTS --- OS: iOS 15+ capable Apple device. Devices: iPods work but are not recommended. The iPhone SE (2022) is excellent or any iPhone since iPhone 7. RFID: CSL CS108-2 Handheld Required. Server: SimplyRFID Pogi Server Account RFID Tags: Your choice of RAIN RFID tags from any vendor

Fixed a bug where the error message when data synchronization fails doesn’t get displayed. 3.3.6 10/31/2022 This release includes enhancements and fixes for an overall smoother user experience. New Features: The Quick Tag screen has a new User Interface (UI) It breaks down the process of saving new RFID tags into three basic steps: Select Location, Input SKU/UPC/Asset Id, and Scan RFID Tags sequentially. The Asset Mode and Batch Mode are fused in the new UI. Users can scan one by one or by batch. The Asset Id field from the previous Quick Tag UI is now the SKU/UPC/Asset Id field. The SKU/UPC/Asset Id field removes leading and trailing spaces from the inputted text Additional Data are optional and can be disabled and enabled. If an additional data field is enabled, it will be displayed as a step between Input SKU/UPC/Asset Id and Scan RFID Tags. The Success Message after successfully saving new RFID tags can now be disabled after the first save. The Success Message is only disabled for that session, and when the app is restarted it will be re-enabled. Switching away from the Quick Tag screen to another screen when the user already inputted an SKU will trigger the app to confirm the exit of the user. Saving new Marker Tags has a new User Interface (UI) It is now called Add a Marker It is now on the Settings screen under Utilities. Enhancements: Warning and error messages are now displayed as Toasts from the previous Modals. The Synchronizing Changes prompt is now a progress bar. It displays the API operation being called and removes the lag created by the prompt. The beeping sound made by the app when scanning new tags is muted when the audio device is being used by another app. Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue where the listed locations on the Inventory and Quick Tag screens are incorrectly alphabetized. Fixed a bug where saving an audit report that includes unexpected uncommissioned tags will make the app frozen. Fixed a bug where an ellipsis will be displayed instead of the actual count of the search results on the Search screen. Fixed a bug where having an Unexpected Tab count greater than 0 doesn’t trigger the warning prompt when switching a location on the Inventory screen. Fixed a bug where the “Fields” text on the Setting Screen under the Quick Tag option is not properly visible on Dark Mode. Fixed a bug where additional items will be included on an Audit Report when the user has already pressed the Save and Submit buttons accordingly because the trigger of the handheld is still being squeezed. Fixed a bug where the Re Synchronize Data button doesn’t resynchronize data on the Inventory screen. 3.3.5 09/29/2022 - Commissioned Only Mode Off Bug Fix - Bug Fix for random beeps in Inventory - Bug Fix for redirect to Appstore Feature for outdated apps - Database Improvements - Hotfix for batch QT barcode mode 3.3.4 08/27/2022 - Commissioned Only Mode Off Bug Fix - Bug Fix for random beeps in Inventory - Bug Fix for redirect to Appstore Feature for outdated apps - Database Improvements 3.3.3 08/23/2022 - Quick Tag Bug Fixes and Improvements - Settings Bug Fixes and Improvements - Search Screen Bug Fixes and Imrprovements - App Redirection for outdated App Versions - Synchronization Flow Updates - QR Code Scan Bug Fixes - Navigation Crash Fixes - Inventory Screen Bug Fixes and Improvements - New Inventory Screen UI / UX 3.3.2 07/25/2022 - Bug Fixes - Synchronizing Flow Update 3.3.1 06/25/2022 1.
