Open your account profile and find the Two-Factor Authentication section. Click Enable, scan the QR code with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, Bitwarden), enter a generated code to confirm, and save the recovery codes somewhere offline — they're the only way back in if you lose your phone.
