How campaign rewards work
Qualifying players get the reward as a gift on their account — claim it on the website and pick a character to receive it.
Rewards land as gifts
Items, gold, mounts, and pets handed out by staff arrive in your account inbox the same way RAF rewards do. Open the Gifts tab on your profile to pick a character.
Claim before it expires
Each reward gift sits in your inbox for a limited time. Open the Gifts tab, accept it, and choose which character receives it before it expires.
Where to follow announcements
Active events are posted on the changelog. If you got an unexpected gift, that is where to check what triggered it.
