Katie is a long-standing force in the marketing industry and the guiding creative voice behind Wallace360. Formally known as The Wallace Agency, she founded Wallace360 in 1990 and over the past 35 years has helped countless non-profit organizations and companies alike ignite and expand the scope of their marketing by bringing the passion and vision behind their brands to life.

In both business and everyday life, Katie is driven by a deep sense of the power of community, shared vision and meaningful connections. One of the things she does best is bring people and businesses together by creating an environment that focuses on the open exchange of ideas and in turn, the production of real results.

Katie is the recipient of the Roanoke Chapter of the American Advertising Federation’s (AAF) 2018 Silver Medal Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to furthering the advertising industry’s standards, creative excellence and responsibility in areas of social concern. She has been recognized by the Roanoke Valley Cool Cities Coalition for environmental stewardship in business and received the YWCA’s Women of Achievement Award in Business.

With years of community involvement and service throughout the Roanoke Valley and beyond, Katie is committed to sustainable design and building, historical preservation, environmental conservation, socially conscious business and entrepreneurship and hands-on support of culture and the arts. In 2023, she opened Wallace360's doors as an unconventional space for a new fine-art gallery, Gallery360 that is run by the agency. The gallery features new exhibitions from local and regional painters every two months.

Katie attended Hollins University before graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Kathryn is an award-winning communicator and account director with proven experience building brands, advancing reputations and driving business results via strategic communications and integrated marketing for clients across a variety of industry sectors from consumer-packaged goods to higher education to healthcare.

She came to Wallace360 following nearly 13 years at a leading global communications and PR agency where she directed strategy and day-to-day operations for national client accounts. With a passion for content strategy, she brings her clients’ stories to life through strategic planning, advertising, media relations, digital, influencer engagement and more. She also directs Wallace360’s PR and earned media efforts. A native of southwest Virginia, Kathryn received her BA in Communication from Wake Forest University.

A seasoned creative director, digital strategist and full-stack designer, Eric has over a decade of broad experience helping businesses from startups to Fortune 500s leverage technology and creativity to solve their communications challenges and achieve groundbreaking growth and success.

Eric is a rare mix of creative and analytical, with talents ranging from copywriting, traditional graphic design and marketing strategy to programming, website design, web apps, SEO and beyond. He bridges effective communication and collaboration with technological problem solving and helps drive strategy and results for our clients both online and off. Eric holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta.

Matthew is a forward-thinking business and media strategist who has been delivering compelling strategy, content and creative for clients since his first job in advertising in 2013. He leverages his analytical mind to evaluate client financials, advertising metrics, and customer data for robust strategic solutions. From strategic planning and brand messaging to media planning and reporting, his firm grasp of business and advertising strategy allows his work to consistently maximize return on investment.

At Wallace360, he uses his skills to plan and execute campaign strategies across marketing channels from digital to traditional advertising. Matthew is a life-long Virginian and graduated from Virginia Tech with a BA in Communication.

Maya is a strategic planner with a holistic mindset who has had a varied career. She’s practiced as a licensed midwife, worked in native plant landscaping, and managed a conservation non-profit. Through all these roles, the common threads are her love for bringing people together and creating thriving, functional organizational culture. Maya has lived in the Shenandoah Valley since 2002 and received her BA in English Literature from James Madison University.

When she’s not working in the office, Maya loves birdwatching, gardening, and making herbal medicines from homegrown plants. She currently lives in Staunton with her husband Paul and her three daughters, where they spend lots of time exploring the forests and rivers of the surrounding countryside.

Rebecca is a strategic account manager who joined Wallace360 from a diverse career with advertising and digital marketing agencies across the country. With years of experience leading multi-channel advertising campaigns and website development projects in the healthcare industry for clients like Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Lurie Children's Hospital, she has most recently deepened her experience directing social media strategy for global brands Merz Aesthetics and Yokohama Tire. She brings that breadth of experience and a true love for excellent brand strategy to every one of our clients.

A South Carolina native, Rebecca graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA in Public Relations, and has proudly called the Roanoke Valley home since 2020.
