SHIPPING TIMES and COST

Our shop offers shipping to almost all countries around the world. Our standard method of shipment is registered post via Deutsche Post. All orders are shipped from our premises in Thessaloniki (Greece), and get processed in Frankfurt (Germany) with a tracking code, which you receive when your order is prepared and ready to go. Delivery by registered post is FREE for orders of 80 euros and more, excluding orders to the USA.

Registered Post orders to the USA are shipped via Hellenic Post and Zonos Prepay with taxes and duties prepaid. Your parcel gets delivered by USPS to your home address. The shipping cost for this way of shipment is 12 euros plus 10% of the value of the items in your order. For example, if you buy one item that costs 25 euros, your shipping cost will be 12 euros + 2.5 euros = 14.5 euros.

DHL Express orders to the USA are shipped with all customs, fees and taxes prepaid.

Deliveries worldwide are also available by DHL Express, with a guaranteed delivery of 1-7 working days, depending on your location. Please see the following tables for pricing and delivery times.

Delivery by DHL Express is FREE for all orders of 150 euros and more and 200 euros for all orders to the USA.

FREE standard shipping on all orders over 80 euros (except USA)

Free shipping is only applicable on orders with items subtotal amounting to €80.00 and over per order. Extra costs will apply if you choose to ship by a different shipping carrier. Shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown in your shopping cart once the delivery destination and service option are selected. The price is based on a per-product basis and delivery destination. A comprehensive guide with the cost and delivery time per destination can be found in the table below.

FREE DHL Express shipping on all orders over 150 euros (worldwide) and 200 euros (USA, customs and duties paid)

All orders are shipped from our retail shop in Greece. Our registered physical and fiscal address is Kountouriotou 29, 55132, Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, Greece.

Customs Duty and Taxes

If your order is being delivered outside the European Union, local customs authorities may charge you or the recipient import duties and taxes. This doesn't apply to orders to USA. All orders to USA are shipped with prepaid taxes and duties.

The delivery timescales represent the estimated delivery time after the parcel is dispatched. Orders placed before 10.00 am GMT are dispatched the same working day. The only exception to this rule may be during busy periods and local bank holidays when parcels may be dispatched the next working day.

The delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed because our service providers do not guarantee the delivery timescale.

If you pay in a different currency, the delivery charge will be the equivalent of the above charges in that currency.
