This post contains my collection of DN icons. I started making these for my RP journals, and now I can't seem to stop. Yet I have no use for most of them, since I stubbornly refuse to pay for moar icon space. So I mean ... they gotta go somewhere, y'know? xD

Feel free to take! Credit appreciated. I won't be butthurt if no credit is given for the anime-based icons, but please credit the manga-based ones. Those took awhile. I made all of these. Any resemblances these icons might have to others is purely coincidental. But please do let me know if I've made something that looks like a copy of someone else's work, and I'll remove it. \o/

I seriously need to do something about my attention deficiency and horrible short-term memory span that results.

Scenario 1: I wrote down the time and place to meet my TA for a graphics demo so I wouldn't forget only to forget where I wrote them down and ended up contacting him at the last minute asking for directions again.

Scenario 2: I was looking everywhere for my TA in the computer labs, where I was told he would be located, and must have walked past him about 5 or 6 times, not recognizing him (despite the fact that I've met him face-to-face twice already and there was a hugeass sign right in front of him), until he finally called my name out.

I don't get embarrassed very often but ... >_< can we say double facepalm?

Good news is, my demo went really well. ^_^ But for obvious reasons, I don't think the TA has a very good impression of me. -_-

So while taking a break from cleaning and packing (moving out is a PAIN!!!!!!), I decided to take the lil personality quiz from Death Note Vol 13: How to Read thingy. I've seen it before and read all the descriptions for the chars, but I've never actually taken it till today.

And to my absolute shock and amusement, I got ... Ryuk?

I figured since I take pics of these nendos all the time, I might as well make some crappy icons while I'm at it! xD I also have some non-nendo icons I made awhile ago, so I figured I'd include them here as well. The nendoroid icons consist of Matt, Mello, and Near (There's not as much Matt as the others since I only recently made him). The non-nendo ones consist of Naomi and Near.

I love playing w/these guys. xD So I took a few more pics of the nendoroids.

First up is Mello! His facial expression just cracks me up: Mello Loves Chocolate <-- That was actually my roommate's chocolate. I stole borrowed it for that shot. ^_^

Next is Naomi and BB! So last time I attempted to make a Naomi nendo out of a Mikami one. This time I made her a matching BB. I also redid the paintwork on her a bit: BB and Naomi Nendo. I wanna redo the Naomi nendo whenever I get the chance. >_< I also want to do a Matt one and maybe even a Halle one. Someday ...

So much crap to finish at work, so I decided to come early  ... I showed up at 6:30am today after going to bed at maybe 4. I fail at life. x_x

I've been playing through the Kirby Super Star DS remake lately, so it has been putting me in the Kirby Zone, and consequently, I think nonstop about the new game. >_< Kirby's Epic Yarn for Wii.

It's expected to come out this Fall. So excited! (even though it's quite a wait) =P
