About the challenge
Shenanihacks is here to help us test-run some backend judging systems before we start our hackathon. We're working on streamlining judging, so we want as many varied projects as possible - empty projects, full projects, projects that have been submitted to other hackathons, etc. We need as many examples as possible, so we recommend making a quick project (or submitting a past one) and getting your friends involved too. The submissions don't need to be actual projects, as long as they can "look" like one. So don't spend too much time making something, just have fun!
Get started
Make a project of any kind, and mix it up. Submit a project with everything filled out, nothing filled out, or anything in-between.
Requirements
What to Build
Literally anything, or nothing at all :)
What to Submit
Also literally anything
Prizes
Funniest Submission
Make us laugh!
Oldest Non-Repost Submission
Submit a past project of yours that hasn't been submitted on DevPost before, and include your GitHub repo. The older the repo is, the better.
Most Reposted
Submit a project that you've submitted to one or more hackathons in the past on Devpost. The more hackathons it's been submitted to, the better.
Most Submissions
Did you know that you can submit more than one project to a hackathon on Devpost? Try it out! I think you'll need to be a contributor on multiple different teams to do it. The person included in the most submissions will get this prize
Emptiest Submission
Try to put the least amount of information you can get in there with it still submitting
Fullest Submission
Try to fill out every detail in the submission. Mountains of text in the about section, loads of images, contribution descriptions, as many built-with tags and "try it out" links as you can manage. No worries on what you actually include in those tags or text, just cram as much as you can into that submission :)
Most Normal Submission
Submit the type of project you're most likely to see in a hackathon. Perhaps use an old project, make it a new github repo, and submit.
Most Unexpected Submission
Do something wacky in your submission. Include a corrupted image, try an XSS attack, put in a fake GitHub link, have some weird formatting, etc. within your submission. Just please be respectful about the content you include.
