HASNAIN NASAR

With over 19 years of experience in construction architecture, interior design, and real estate dynamics, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Builder & Contractors Association of New Jersey, he is goal-oriented, sets high targets, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. A hardworking performer with superb management, analytical, and financial skills, he focuses on growing the business by overseeing operations such as enhancing field productivity and meeting with potential clients, all while treating employees and clients like family. He believes that a business's success depends on the quality and performance of its people, encouraging continuous improvement through training and learning new industry developments, which leads to knowledgeable employees and satisfied clients. Additionally, he has a passion for reading John Maxwell’s books.

Our Story



Ever since I was a young kid, I always loved computers and building. And I feel fortunate to have been born into a family that has always supported my passions. As early as 6th grade, I remember tinkering with my computer, taking it apart, and rebuilding it.
Fast forward to today: I draw on my passion for IT and building in everything we do.
The only difference is that now the puzzles I solve are different. Before it was computers. Now, it’s new homes. The question now is:
“How do I create the perfect home design-and-build experience for clients?” 
After nearly 20 years in the custom home-building industry, I still love creating exceptional customer experiences for all our clients. 
 If my experiences have taught me anything, it’s that when life presents a challenge, it also presents an equally extraordinary opportunity.
