The VOYCE Client app is used by individuals to access professional interpretation services via video or audio. These interpretation services are offered by a professional Language Service Provider and commonly referred to as Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) or Audio Only Interpretation (AOI). Users click on the app, choose the languages they need help with, and are connected to a live interpreter. Access to the interpretation services are usually provided by an employer or agency in a professional setting such as health care, law, international business, or social services. There is a companion app used by the interpreters.
