CLEANTRAK – SMART TRACKING AND REPORTING

Our proprietary CleanTrak system allows us to track, monitor and report in real-time. By confirming identity, location, timing and task completion, CleanTrak gives us an unprecedented level of control and immediate notice if a service is not on track.

FIVE STEPS TO QUALITY CONTROL

  • VERIFY

    Service personnel identify themselves at a discreet QR code using their smartphone. GPS and facial recognition technology to verify that this is the authorised personnel, in the right place at the right time.

  • SIGNAL

    The system sends a real-time signal confirming the task has been started.

  • UPDATE

    Service personnel check their smartphone for additional instructions from the Vivid Customer Support centre team, and carry out the tasks required, including any new directives.

  • CONFIRM

    Service personnel confirm that all tasks were actioned and attended to, and scan themselves out of the building.

  • REPORT

    The system creates a record of the activities at your site, ready for reporting review and analysis.

This ensures that only pre-approved, inducted personnel with verified references and up-to-date security clearances are granted access to your premises for cleaning and maintenance.

We understand the importance of maintaining a secure environment, which is why no individual will be permitted to enter your site without undergoing thorough checks to confirm their identity, references, and work permits. This multi-layered verification process is conducted not just once but repeatedly to ensure compliance with your security protocols.

Our CSC is staffed by a team of highly skilled customer service professionals who are fully trained in customer experience, emergency response and incident management procedures.

You can depend on us to answer your call quickly. If there’s a problem, we’ll address the issue within the hour. You’ll be updated with progress and informed as soon as the issue is resolved.
