This app is only for employees of companies that use Visma Talent. The company must have the Mobile module and have it in use. You can use the app after you have received an e-mail with your username and instructions for setting your pin code.

If you experience problems with the app, report it to your company.

With the Talent app you can do all of this:

Leave

• Insight into your outstanding balance;

• Insight into the status of your applications;

• Submit a new leave application;

• Withdraw leave requests.

Declarations

• Always insight into the status of your submitted declaration;

• Create new declarations easily and quickly;

• You use the camera to enclose your receipt;

• Last traveled routes can be reused;

• With the Return check mark you can quickly create a return trip rule.

My Information

• Add a photo of yourself to your data, change it or delete it. You can do this by tapping your photo;

• Consult and change your home address.
• Consult, add, change or delete your e-mail addresses. At each e-mail address you can indicate whether you want to receive your digital payslip at that address;

• Consult, add, change or delete your telephone number.

Tasks

• Approve leave requests;

• Approve submitted declarations;

• Notifications for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. are displayed and can be easily handled.

Payslips

• Always have your salary slip at hand;

• Reporting sick and reporting better through the app;

Tips

• Retrieve data:

In some modules you can refresh the data in the app by swiping down the screen. During the update you will see rotating balls that disappear when the data is updated.

• Get more information:

In a number of screens you can retrieve more data by swiping up the screen. This works for example in the overview of your declarations. The most recent information is shown by default, but if you want to view more, you can.

What you see and can use in the app depends on the authorization set up by your company.
