What is Starlight Haven’s cancellation policy?

Starlight Haven requires payment in full at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel 14 days or more before the day of check-in.

Guests who cancel within 14 days of check-in may choose to receive either:

A 50% refund of the booking amount, or
A gift card for 100% of the booking amount, redeemable for a future stay.

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

This policy applies to your accommodation and any other add-ons or fees associated with your reservation.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 4 PM (self check-in with a keypad); Check-out time is 11 AM CST.

Early check-ins can be accommodated for a $40 fee. Contact us for early check-in requests or add it to your reservation using the guest app.

Early check-in is 2 PM CST. 2 hours earlier than normal.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, dogs and cats are welcome at Starlight Haven in our pet friendly accommodations for an additional charge. We have a 2-pet maximum and a 50lb maximum weight limit.

You are responsible for keeping your pet(s) on a leash and cleaning up after the pet(s). You are liable for any claims made against your pet(s). You’ll be charged if you bring a pet and don’t pay the pet fee.

Are children welcomed at Starlight Haven?

Yes! We love children and believe a unique outdoor experience is great for families. Please review our occupancy policy to learn more about how children impact rates.

Is smoking allowed at the property?

Starlight Haven properties are non-smoking properties. A cleaning fee of up to $500 will be charged to your account if you smoke on our property. This policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis and e-cigarettes.

When are quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please respect other guests and help us ensure everyone has a wonderful outdoor experience.

Is there a minimum stay policy?

A 2-night minimum may apply on the weekends. A 3 or more-day stay may be required during holidays and other events.

Occupancy policy

All rates are priced for a maximum of 2 guests. Each additional guest over two will be charged $25 plus taxes per night.

Accommodations that can accompany more than 2 adults have a 4 person maximum.

Children 3 years and over are to be added as additional guests.

Do you offer daily housekeeping?

Starlight Haven does not offer daily housekeeping.

Additional blankets, towels, hot tub refreshes and other items can be made available upon request.
