Virt Viewer (virt-viewer) is a lightweight desktop application for opening and interacting with the graphical console of virtual machines. Developed by the virt-manager.org project, it connects to guests managed by libvirt (such as KVM/QEMU) and to standalone SPICE or VNC servers. It’s ideal for tasks like operating system installation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day console access without the overhead of a full management suite.
