I had a Hotmail account once and gave up on it because they were either loosing or deleting the emails of users to gain space. I, like many other users at the time, wondered if this was Microsoft’s approach to privacy.

Now it seems in response to all the privacy concerns brought up over the past year due to the Snowden revelations, Microsoft is trying to redefine privacy.  Read the story here:
