UX & UI
What’s the difference?
User Experience
User Experience, or UX, goes beyond how a website looks and focuses on how it feels to use. It covers the entire journey a visitor takes, from how easy it is to navigate through pages to how enjoyable and effortless their interactions are. Good UX ensures that a website is accessible, intuitive, and satisfying, making users more likely to stay, engage, and return. In essence, UX is about creating a smooth and positive experience that builds trust.
User Interface
User Interface, often shortened to UI, refers to the visual and interactive elements of a website. It includes everything a visitor sees and engages with, from colours and fonts to buttons, menus, and layouts. A strong UI ensures your website looks modern, professional, and consistent, leaving a lasting first impression. By carefully crafting these design elements, UI creates a clear and visually appealing space that makes your business stand out online.
