UEFA Champions League picture is starting to shape up and it is down to eight teams! The unique format of this international competition means that top clubs from places like Norway and Kazakhstan have a chance to compete with the very best in all of Europe. In April, we’ll get to watch the best of the best playing on some of the most famous pitches in the world. Let’s take a look at some of the home stadiums of the top teams!

Arsenal (Emirates Stadium)

The top team in the standings is storied English club Arsenal, who plays their home matches at internationally-renowned Emirates Stadium in London. Completed in 2006, this stadium is known for its immaculate playing surface, often referred to as “the Carpet”.

Barcelona (Camp Nou)

Currently under renovations is the long-time home of FC Barcelona, Camp Nou. The storied club’s home since 1957 will have a capacity of 105,000 attendees when the work is done, cementing it as the largest stadium in Europe and one of the few largest in the world. Matches have finally resumed here, but the work will not be fully complete until 2027.

Bayern Munich (Allianz Arena)

The home of Bayern Munich is Allianz Arena, an architectural marvel that can hold up to 75,000 spectators. The key feature here is the unique facade of air-inflated panels, each of which is covered in lights that can be seen from the Austrian mountains 50 miles away!

Liverpool (Anfield Stadium)

The fifth-largest stadium in England is not in London but in Liverpool, where the local mega-popular football club plays its home matches. Though star player Mo Salah is reportedly leaving the club at the end of this season, the squad finds itself near the top of the UEFA standings with a real chance for a title. They’ll face Paris Saint-Germain on April 8 in knockout play.

Tottenham Hotspur (Tottenham Hotspur Stadium)

The Homes of Nickelodeon Stars

Tuesday, Feb 10 2026 by

Kids TV network Nickelodeon has launched the careers of countless household names in the entertainment biz. You may not even know that some of these huge celebs got their kick start to fame on Nick!

Austin Butler

A popular actor on Nickelodeon shows like Zoey 101 and iCarly, Austin Butler dedicated himself to his craft and landed big-time roles in Oscar-nominated films like Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Elvis. He was Zippy Brewster on Nickelodeon and now he’s freaking ELVIS! His meteoric rise to fame has led to his rightful Hollywood home–he bought it from Brad Pitt!

Amanda Bynes

Known more for her troubles than her successes, Amanda Bynes once had quite a career going for her. A standout performer on Nickelodeon’s kid-sketch show All That, Bynes got her own show, The Amanda Show. She even led several successful feature films like She’s the Man and What a Girl Wants. Bynes quit acting in 2010 for mental health reasons, but she still owns the LA home her career afforded her. She has not lived there in some time–this one’s more of a “passive income” kind of deal.

Miranda Cosgrove

iCarly star Miranda Cosgrove was once the highest-paid child actor in the world, according to Guinness in 2012. That same year she bought herself a Hollywood home. For several years, Cosgrove lived elsewhere after a scary encounter in which a stalker shot himself at this property. She has reportedly since moved back in. Please stick to visiting these homes on the internet, folks. And don’t shoot anybody!

Keke Palmer

Multi-hyphenate Keke Palmer is a big star nowadays, known for her roles in films like Jordan Peele’s Nope and voice work on Lightyear, but she has been acting and singing professionally for over twenty years. One of her biggest early roles was as the starring role in Nickelodeon’s True Jackson, VP. She’s surely spent countless hours on studio lots and her house in Studio City keeps her close to her work. Another former Nick star, Jennette McCurdy, actually owned this house from 2011-2013.

Kenan Thompson

The longest-tenured SNL cast member of all time is Kenan Thompson, who has been on Saturday nights for over 20 years. It doesn’t really seem so long ago that he was a part of All That and its spin-off, Kenan and Kel! Though we’re sure he has a place in Manhattan during the season, his house is in Tampa, Florida. It is unclear if he or his now-ex wife, former model Christina Evangeline, continue to live here, as the home was purchased while they were still married.

NCAA Football Coaches

Wednesday, Dec 17 2025 by

The head coaches of major college football programs are some of the highest-paid coaches in the world. They are CEOs of extremely valuable organizations and their usually suburban mansions reflect their wealth and status! Let’s take a look at some of the biggest names in college football and their homes!

Ryan Day – Ohio State University Buckeyes

No, I didn’t say “THE” Ohio State University, (VGT is based in Michigan). Ryan Day, the head coach of the Michigan-rival Buckeyes, replaced predecessor Urban Meyer in 2019 and the team has had massive success during his tenure, culminating in a NCAA National Championship in 2024. Ryan Day makes $20 million per year and lives in a positively massive 9,100-square-foot house in Powell, Ohio near the Columbus campus.

Dan Lanning – Oregon Ducks

Losing only to Day’s championship squad in 2024, Dan Lanning’s Oregon Ducks were the Big Ten champions in their first year after joining the conference. They’ve had great success in Lanning’s four years at the helm, and he has a $3-million home to show for his high-profile gig.

Lincoln Riley – USC Trojans

USC head coach Lincoln Riley has the rare collegiate distinction of coaching in a major metropolis and he has the gaudy Los Angeles real estate to show for it. Riley’s property is over three acres of ocean-view resort-style home, with a list of amenities longer than his notorious playbook: home theatre, tennis court, putting green, sauna, steam room, 600-bottle wine cellar, and a guesthouse!

Kalen DeBoer – Alabama Crimson Tide

There aren’t many bigger jobs in college sports than the top boss at ‘Bama. Hired last year to fill the shoes of Nick Saban, DeBoer moved into the megamansion right across the street from Saban! DeBoer’s house is on over two acres of the most coveted real estate in Alabama and comes in at over 13,000 square feet! Along with the pool and pool house, this property cost DeBoer $3 million.

Dabo Swinney – Clemson Tigers

Two-time national champion Head Coach Dabo Swinney built his home with his job in mind. About half the square footage of this massive home is dedicated to spaces like the gym and basketball court. It’s not only an amazing place to host recruiting visits, but coach Swinney is also known to deck the place out for Christmas, donning the beard and suit himself to play the role!

Saturday Night Live All-Timers

Monday, Nov 3 2025 by

With the 51st season of Saturday Night Live airing now, we’ve been thinking back on some of the all-time great SNL alums. Many have gone on to tremendous film and television careers, amassing fortunes. Time to check in on them and see where they’ve landed!

Jimmy Fallon

After SNL, Jimmy Fallon landed one of the most prestigious gigs in entertainment: The Tonight Show. After bouncing back and forth between  Manhattan and his place in the Hamptons, Fallon picked up a stunning home in Locust Valley–still Long Island, but much closer to work!

Lorne Michaels

The creator and showrunner whose odd brilliance keeps SNL relevant has been handsomely rewarded for his prowess! His $500 million net worth is on display in his Hamptons mansion. The property is over three acres and includes a private path to the beach!

Eddie Murphy

Well-known for keeping SNL alive in the dark ages of the early 80s, when Michaels wasn’t working on the show, Eddie Murphy is one of the biggest movie stars to ever emerge from the cast. All told, Eddie Murphy has made over $250 million in salary for his films, and is worth $200 million today. His massive custom-built Beverly Hills home is worth an estimated $40 million alone!

Amy Poehler

SNL great Amy Poehler keeps her life quite private after her high-profile divorce from comedic actor Will Arnett in 2016. She spent years remodeling her Beverly Hills paradise where she lays low with the two sons she shares with Arnett.

Adam Sandler

The Sandman absolutely killed on SNL in the 90s and his Happy Madison production company has turned out hit after hit at the box office in the years since. He’s amassed a nearly $500-million fortune and picked up a massive Riviera home from actors Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell for $12 million. His infamously casual personal style does not apply to his residence!

Super Bowl Halftime Performers

Wednesday, Oct 15 2025 by

It takes a special kind of massive star to hold down the biggest gig in music: the Super Bowl Halftime Show! With the recent announcement that 2026’s show will be led by Puerto Rican megastar Bad Bunny, we thought it’d be a fun time to remember some recent performers and, of course, their houses!

Bad Bunny

Let’s get right to it: the man of the hour is Bad Bunny. We’ll see what he brings to the table and who he might bring on as guests (he himself appeared as a guest performer in 2020), but it’s sure to be entertaining! Bad Bunny recently purchased a new home in Los Angeles from another music superstar, Ariana Grande! Rumor is he plans to build a dream home on this lot in the Bird Streets.

Eminem

Detroit-native Eminem co-headlined the Super Bowl halftime show in 2022 with fellow rappers Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg (more on him later). He’s lived in this mammoth suburban home in Michigan since 2017. He previous even bigger home is one of the most popular maps in VGT history. His $250 million net worth goes a long way on the Third Coast of the Great Lakes!

Kendrick Lamar

Kendrick Lamar’s show-stopping halftime performance from 2025 is still fresh in our memory, with stand-out cameos from the likes of Samuel L. Jackson and Serena Williams. Lamar has been buying and selling a lot of property but his current crown jewel seems to be the 16,000-square-foot Brentwood mansion worth $40 million.

Snoop Dogg

Snoop’s long time residence is a 2.8-acre property in Diamond Bar, California. He was part of the star-studded 2022 show that brought back a number of major hip hop stars who have been in the game for decades. Snoop has been in the public eye nearly constantly since the 90s, and his house has been featured so many times it’s almost like I know the place. He’s worth $160 million and still working, recently acting as a coverage cornerstone for the Olympics.

The Weeknd

After his smash hit album After Hours, The Weeknd lit up the Super Bowl halftime stage in Tampa in 2021. Unlike most recent performers, The Weeknd had no guests at all, choosing to do the whole thing himself. Maybe it was the pandemic, or maybe he just wanted to pocket all the cash himself–he needed it for his $70-million Los Angeles mansion!

Joe Rogan – Spotify

Joe Rogan hosts the most popular podcast in the world, “The Joe Rogan Experience” and his $250 million deal signed in 2024 is just the latest massive deal he’s signed. Old-school shock jock Howard Stern first signed a reported $500-million deal with SiriusXM in 2004. The deal has since been renewed twice, bringing in $100 million per year for over twenty years! Stern is personally worth $650 million and his real-estate portfolio is seriously impressive, with a massive New York City penthouse, an obligatory Hamptons place, and a main home in Palm Beach that could be worth as much as $300 million on the open market.

Oprah Winfrey

In many ways, Oprah Winfrey built her own media empire HARPO, after ABC refused to give her a cut of syndication. Cut to 2003, when ABC paid her a Guinness-record $279 million for TWO YEARS of her top-rated show. Oprah’s business savvy and tenacity has netted her a $4 billion fortune. Oprah’s longtime estate in Montecito, California is one of the most-viewed maps all-time on VGT and for good reason. Her total property in one of the most expensive areas in the world spans 67 acres!

The One with The Friends' Houses

Friday, Aug 1 2025 by

It has been over twenty years since the mega-hit sitcom “Friends” went off the air, but the A-list cast that made it a decade-long ratings giant is still highly relevant today. The six titular friends remain some of the most searched-for people on the internet. Perhaps its their humor and charm that has kept us fascinated, but it sure doesn’t hurt that they all have loads of money! So which Friend came away with the best house? Let’s check!

Jennifer Aniston (Rachel Green)

Jennifer Aniston and her legendary haircut took over the world after her Friends debut. When she married Brad Pitt in 2000, they formed one of the most famous couples in entertainment history. To this day, she remains one of the most sought-after actresses in Hollywood and has amassed a $320-million fortune.

Jennifer Aniston purchased her 4,000-square-foot Mediterranean mansion in 2022 from the Queen of Montecito herself, Oprah Winfrey. Many of the wealthiest people in entertainment settle in Montecito, with massive hilltop properties overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Hard to beat that!

Courteney Cox (Monica Geller)

If you prefer the beach to the hills, you might like Courteney Cox’s Malibu pad! She’s owned this two-acre property since 2007, when she was still married to actor David Arquette. The property includes guest cottages, a saltwater swimming pool, a tennis house, and a screening room.

Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe Buffay)

Born in Encino, California, Lisa Kudrow is a certified valley girl, so it’s no surprise she keeps her main home close to Hollywood. Kudrow has owned her 6,400-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion since 1996, undergoing major renovations as recently as 2019.

Matt LeBlanc (Joey Tribbiani)

If a desert getaway is more your speed, you’re more in line with Matt LeBlanc. After playing actor Joey on both “Friends” and its spinoff “Joey”, LeBlanc played a version of himself on the show “Episodes” from 2011-2017. Yet, he has preferred to avoid LA. LeBlanc now spends much of his time at his Los Alamos ranch. He picked up this property back in 2002. Despite his relatively more laid-back approach to his career, LeBlanc is worth $85 million!

Matthew Perry (Chandler Bing)

Troubled star Matthew Perry struggled with addiction during and after his “Friends” tenure, but his charisma shined on through a career on both television and film. His memoir, “Friend, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing” was a bestseller. This multi-hyphen talent passed away at his home in 2023. He was known to have a special fondness for the Ocean views of his Pacific Palisades mansion.

David Schwimmer (Ross Geller)

The actor who became famous for his role as wet-blanket paleontologist Ross, Schwimmer is the only main cast member of Friends to reject the allure of California. This Queens-native instead rebuilt an entire 5-story building in Greenwich Village. Not all of his neighbor were happy about it, but they may just be jealous of his $120 million fortune!

One Million Views! Will Smith's House

Tuesday, Jun 10 2025 by

The first map on VirtualGlobetrotting to ever hit one million views is Will Smith’s 150-acre California megamansion! Originally posted to VGT in 2007, this property has belonged to Will and Jada since 1999. With is massive scale, gorgeous location, and the pervasive cultural relevance of Will Smith and his family members, its no surprise that this is VGT’s most popular page of all time! If you’re wondering, yes “the slap” produced the single biggest spike in traffic to this map, on Oscar night in 2022.

So who will be next in the One Million Club?? Second all time (and by a long shot) is the Kardashian-Jenner house from “Keeping up with the Kardashians”.

Based on recent trends, it would be Drake’s house that would be next to one million (sometime in 2030!). During the peak of his feud with Kendrick Lamar in 2024, this map picked up a few hundred thousand in a single year!
