My laptop shows me that I don't have Virtual DJ anymore. The message is that it can't find skins so every time I try to open the program it is not found. Is it possible that I bought the wrong program? I've been using it for a year.

You can check if the program is still installed on your computer by going to Start -> Control Panel -> Programs. If the program is there, try running it using Administrator rights. To do that, right click on the desktop icon and select Run as Administrator. If you can't find the program on the list, you can try to install it again. It is advised to update the software to the latest version.
