The team at Vital have a common goal which is to provide communication services to our clients that enrich all aspects of their lives. We also offer support, guidance, reinforcement, compassion and reassurance on a daily basis.
As an organisation, we recognise the value of all people and community, and it is the Team at Vital that makes our services unique. Our work and our lives intertwine, and it is for this reason that the team at Vital are so authentic in everything we do. Our staff members are proud of their genuine understanding of Deaf/Deafblind culture that has developed through either their own lived experiences, or from immersion in the community. It is through this understanding that the Vital team can deliver a genuine service that enhances the lives of our clients. While our staff are experienced, trained and qualified, we strongly believe in ongoing professional development and continue to support our team members to learn and grow to meet the ever-changing needs of the people and communities that we serve.
Our team have all the relevant qualifications and documentation required to fulfil their roles. These include: NAATI Accreditation, First Aid Certification and Worker Screening documentation.
