We started our journey manufacturing products for tire
repairs and today, over 50 years later, we are one of the largest rubber
manufacturers in the world.

Vipal Rubber established a Florida corporation, Vipal Rubber
Corporation in 1992, to service the US Market. Since then from our office in
Miami-FL, our products and services have made its way into the market, giving
the entire retreading business an excellent option to satisfy their needs.
Always looking to provide our customers with excellent
service and expedited deliveries, our warehousing is handled by specialized
logistics companies which give us flexibility in volume and locations. Between
our Miami-FL, Norfolk-VA and Los Angeles-CA logistic centers, we have over 3
million pounds of precured rubber in inventory. We also offer our full line of
repair and retreading products in stock.

Before creating Vipal Rubber, Vicencio Paludo started out as a partner in a gas station. Through daily contact with those who live on the road, he began to envision a new path to forge in the rubber market.
The disposal of tires in good condition cought Vicencio's attention, becoming an opportunity in the hands of the company's founder: three tire retreading machines were purchased to breathe new life into used tires. Vipal Rubber's seed was planted.
At the time, tire repair products were difficult to access, as they had to be imported. Bringing good experience from the field, Vicencio knew what nedded to be done to ensure a quality repair. He began producing them and gradually, the excellence of the repairs gained prominence in the region.
The first Brazilian unit to make cold cure repairs for tires and inner tubes is established in Nova Prata (RS).
Launch of the camelback line marks a new relationship between Vipal Rubber and partners living on the road. Vipal began the manufacture of tire retreading products using the hot cure.
Opening of the Vipal Technical Center (CTV) is a crucial step in the growth of Vipal Rubber. The school starts with the goal of training skilled labor for the tire retreading industry.
In order to minimize the environmental impacts of the manufacturing activities, the Environmental Management System is deployed - a sustainability program that is now in place all across Vipal Rubber.
Launching of the precured tread line, cushion gum and envelope. It marks a new moment for the company. It is the beginning of the manufacturing for the precured retreading method. Vipal becomes the only company to offer a complete line of tire retreading and repairing products.
Vipal Rubber becomes the first company in the tire and tube retread industry to achieve the ISO 9002 certification.
Vipal opens its second unit site in Nova Prata/RS, Brazil, significantly expanding its production capacity.

Inauguration of the industrial unit in Feira de Santana, Bahia. Located on an area of 608,000 m², with 65,000 m² of built area, the manufacturing plant carries Vipal's Sustainable DNA. Today, it is considered one of the most modern rubber industrial units in the world and is responsible for the production of pre-molded strips and motorcycle tires.
Launch of Vipal’s green product line. The Eco Treads ensure up to 10% fuel savings, reducing environmental impact and lowering fleet costs.
Launch of the VR01 Smart Uno and Duo tire buffers marks the company’s entrance in the manufacture of machines and equipment for tire retread.
Achievement of ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Vipal Rubber expands its machinery portfolio entering the agricultural OTR segment with the orbitread VOT2200 Heavy Duty and launching its first extruder, the orbicushion VOC760 machine.
Vipal Rubber opens its fourth unit in Perez, Argentina, aiming to serve the global tire retreading market more effeciently.
Beginning of the tyre supply to one of Brazil's largest motorcycle manufacturers, as an original factory component, following numerous durability, safety, resistance and performance tests.
