You’re cordially invited to join Vinfen for an enchanting evening of classical music on Friday, May 8, when the Longwood Symphony Orchestra presents Mahler 1, a choral and orchestral concert at Jordan Hall at the New England Conservatory. Ticket sales from this special event will benefit Vinfen and the critical work we do each day.
The concert program will include Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No.1, in D minor, as well as the world premiere of a piece by composer Heather Hyo Eun Ahn, commissioned specifically by the LSO. The evening’s conductor will be LSO Musical Director Jotaro Nakano, and the ensemble will be joined by the Cambridge Common Voices.
Your admission will include a pre-show reception with the conductor exclusively for members of the extended Vinfen community. We hope that you’ll join us for an evening of inspiring music that helps support Vinfen and those we serve!
