Returns & Sustainability at Villa Jipp

It can happen that your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, or perhaps the size isn’t right. At Villa Jipp, we are very aware that the high volume of online returns places a significant burden on the environment. The transportation and processing of returns are not “free”—they consume energy and cause emissions. Furthermore, many returned products can no longer be sold as new, leading to unnecessary waste. Because we are committed to leaving a better world for the next generation, we want to create awareness around this issue.

Not quite what you expected? No problem. You have 14 days to notify us of your return and another 14 days to send the item back.

Our 2 Return Options:

1. In-store (Free): You can return your items for free at our shop in Dronten.

2. Via a Parcel Point: Return shipping costs are for your own account (approx. €7.25 for standard Dutch packages; please check local rates for international returns).

   • Note: If you return part of an order and the new total falls below €34.95, the original shipping fee (€5.99) will be deducted from your refund.

How it works:

1. Notify us: You have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know you want to return it. Please use the official digital cancellation form below to submit your withdrawal directly.

2. Send it back: After your notification, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

3. Get refunded: Once we receive the item in good condition, we will refund the full order amount (including initial shipping costs) within 14 days.

A few friendly reminders:

• Packaging: Please do not write directly on the original box. We love to reuse our packaging to help the environment.

• Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging – just as they arrived at your home. If an item is damaged due to careless handling, we may charge for the loss in value.

• Custom Orders: Sofas and items specifically ordered for you (custom fabric/colors) cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Large Furniture Returns: Returning large furniture requires specialized transport, which involves higher costs. Contact us to purchase a ‘return label’; we will then schedule a pick-up appointment for you.

💰 Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds: We will refund the full purchase price (including original shipping costs for full returns) within 14 days via the original payment method.

• Exchanges: Looking for a different size or color? Please place a new order in our webshop and return your current item following the instructions above.
