Advancing Gender Equality and Inclusiveness in Research & Innovation in South East Europe
Project Description
The SEE-ERA project drives structural change by transforming Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) in five Research Performing Organisations (RPOs) and two Research Funding Organisations (RFOs) across Greece, Albania, Croatia, and Romania. The goal is to enhance gender capacities through tailored mentoring and training programs, fostering inclusive Gender Equality (GE) in research and innovation. SEE-ERA promotes intersectional GEPs, inclusive innovation, and stronger R&I ecosystems, addressing gender integration in research and career development. By involving Northern European partners, the project encourages mutual learning and effective, sustainable inclusivity through a holistic approach, including capacity building, co-design, and continuous evaluation.
