1. There will be 3 bases given at the start of each week. You may submit only one icon for each of the bases.
2. You should only use the bases provided. No other images. Everything else is up to you.
3. Advertising your icon before the winners post is posted will lead to a disqualification.
4. No flaming whatsoever.
5. Your submission(s) should be new.
6. Make sure that the icon you submit is your own. No stealing. >:O
7. If you want to snag an icon from the community, you have to ask the creator's permission first.
8. Don't ask your friends to vote for your icons.
9. You must be a member to participate and vote.

Submission

1. Icons must be under 40k and have to be compatible with LiveJournal.
2. Your icon should be uploaded to an image hosting site such as Photobucket which allows direct linking.
3. Submit by posting a comment in the entry with the base(s) you are using.
4. Submit like the example below:

Voting

Voting for each base starts on Friday at 7 PM EST, and ends on Sunday at around 6 PM EST. Results are posted shortly afterwards. New bases will be posted on Saturday.

Anyone who is a member of the community can vote. It doesn't matter if you submitted an icon or not. We encourage everyone to vote, as it provides more accurate results.
