SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to ship all orders within two weeks but due to on-demand printing, it may take longer. Please note that time of day, weekends, and holidays, may delay some shipments.

RETURN POLICY

At Vet Tech Tips we make returns as easy as possible. Our mission is to provide the best products and services. We understand that sometimes customers change their minds about a product they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that customers are cautious about return policies because they are sometimes tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trustworthy and as simple as possible.  You have 14 days from receiving the item to return it due to the wrong label size, or damage to the product.  If you selected the wrong size, we cannot make a refund as the products are printed on demand.

The following rules apply:

Contact us within 14 days of your receipt of the product. Products must be in original packaging and in a new condition. The product(s) must be returned within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is the result of an error on our or a manufacturer’s part, we will cover return shipping fees. Order cancellations can only be requested prior to printing as our products are printed once an order is placed.


Insuring your return shipment is highly recommended. Vet Tech Tips is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please package your return with appropriate protection for the product.  Boxes/packing used for return shipments should be at least as large as the box/packing your order arrived in.  Do not force a product to fit in packaging that is too small. Source the proper size packaging or you might damage the product and risk loss of your refund.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Reply to your original order confirmation email if possible (it already contains most of the information listed below). If you cannot find that original confirmation, please send an e-mail to vettechtipsjody@gmail.com and include the following information.

Your name
The original order number
The item(s) you would like to return
The reason(s) for your return
Product(s) condition. i.e. unopened, damaged, etc.


Please allow up to 72 hours for the claim processing. We will reply with directions for your return. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund where necessary and update you via e-mail. Please allow 5-10 days for the funds to be credited to your account. We understand that this time period can be frustrating, but please understand this is controlled by the payment processors and there is nothing Vet Tech Tips can do to speed up the process. NOTE: A refund can ONLY be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, you will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

DAMAGED


If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use it or wash it. All our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.


When a replacement item is requested to be shipped prior to the return of the original merchandise, we must temporarily authorize your credit card until the original merchandise is returned.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has proceeded, we cannot stop it since the products are printed on demand.


REFUNDS & CREDITS

Once we receive your returned items, we will process a refund where necessary and update you via e-mail. The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price. Please allow 5-10 days for the funds to be credited to your account. Products ordered are for personal use only. When placing an order on this website, you agree not to resell or distribute any purchased products in any commercial market.


PAYMENT TERMS

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. You represent and warrant that: (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete; (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices. All payments must be in United States currency. The current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order.  Prices and shipping costs are subject to change anytime because of changes in shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, and other extenuating circumstances.

The descriptions of some products that are posted on our website are the representations of our suppliers. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
