It helps you track your daily activity, workouts and rest, so you can build better fitness habits over time.
The app is compatible with multiple smartwatch models, including the VeryFit watch series.
Health-Related Features
1. Activity and Fitness
The app connects to VeryFit smartwatches and reads activity data such as steps, distance, active time, calories burned and heart rate.
We use this data to provide daily, weekly and monthly activity summaries, workout records and daily activity goals, helping users better understand their overall fitness level and activity patterns.
This data is used only to provide core activity and fitness features in the app and is not used for medical purposes.
2. Nutrition and Weight Management
Users can choose to enter their height and weight in the app.
This information is used only to estimate calories burned and to calculate activity-related statistics (for example, estimated energy expenditure during workouts).
The app does not track food intake, provide meal plans or run weight-loss programs.
Height and weight data are used only to support fitness features and are not used for advertising or for any medical or clinical purposes.
3. Sleep Management
The app reads sleep duration and sleep stages (such as light sleep, deep sleep and REM sleep) from the smartwatch, and displays sleep summaries and simple trends.

4. Stress Management
