Sir, it has been brought to my attention that the brigades would need some trust building exercises. As I have no other responsibilities at the moment, I've taken the task of organizing the event myself. However, I would like to request that the schedule could be modified slightly for the event.
Also, I would like to request a permission for a short trip outside the camp for the purposes of getting a better idea of the surrounding terrain as well as our defenses and security.

In reference to the trust building exercises;
preferred dates and suggestions?
And Lute, I'd like to hear what you have already planned for the gathering. Perhaps we could combine efforts.
