SELECT PROJECTS.
Verdical Group is providing LEED Project Management for the construction phase of two terminal cores at Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA)'s Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). We’re working with Austin Commercial to achieve BD+C Silver certification for both cores.
Verdical Group partnered with Hermosillo -- a Construction-General Contractor Company, specialized in the design/build of industrial facilities, mixed use developments and retail projects -- to establish ESG initiatives and clear metrics, as well as develop a roadmap for medium and long-term achievements.
Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District’s (SMMUSD) new Malibu High School Building is an approximately 70,000-square-foot education project located in Malibu, CA. Verdical Group collaborated with NAC Architecture to advise on sustainability measures to achieve Net Zero, providing CHPS Verified Project Management, Energy & Daylight Modeling, and Net Zero Consulting.
Gradient Canopy is a commercial office building located in Mountain View, CA and designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) and Heatherwick Studio. Verdical Group coordinated with Knoll, Inc. furniture dealer KBM Hogue to ensure furniture materials information was captured to meet LBC requirements, including securing Declare labels and reviewing the materials against the red list. The Google campus has achieved Living Building Challenge Material Petal Certification.
This approximately 35,000-square-foot, three-story commercial office and retail building is pursuing a LEED Platinum certification, ILFI Zero Energy certification, and Fitwel 1 star certification. In addition to project management, we are providing Commissioning, Energy Modeling, a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and a ZNE Feasibility Assessment.
Located in Los Angeles’ Little Tokyo neighborhood, this LEED Gold certified, 48,000-square-foot global headquarters boasts innovative features on all 4 floors of flexible work, play, and collaborative spaces for 150+ employees, creative partners, and clients. We provided LEED Project Management, Energy & Daylight Modeling, a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and LEED, WELL, and Fitwel Feasibility Assessments.
