Verba

Verba is a simple educational game that allows you to expand your vocabulary as long as you have Microsoft Word installed, as it uses Word's spell-check system to decide whether you wrote a word correctly or not.

The gameplay is very straightforward: letters will slowly appear on the screen as you try to use them to make the longest possible words.

The only problem is if, as I mentioned in the first paragraph, you don't have MS Word installed on your computer. Without Word's spell-checker, Verba will accept all words as valid and take all of the fun out of the game.

Verba is an interesting game which will help both kids and grown-ups learn new words.
