Customer Success Representative/Account Manager - USA Marketing Agency (Remote)

Manage and nurture relationships with U.S. clients running inbound activations
Conduct outbound phone calls and emails when inbound is slow
Coordinate event logistics, staffing, and timelines across multiple campaigns
Review photos, reports, and recaps before client delivery
Partner with our creative, sales, reporting, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
Track budgets, deliverables, and results using our internal systems (HubSpot, Google Workspace, PUSH Control)
Identify upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
Support and help shape the culture of our growing Mexico team
Fluent English speaker – confident, polished, and client-facing
2+ years in account management, client success, or marketing coordination
Previous combination of inbound and outbound sales is a PLUS

Customer Success Manager - USA SaaS Company (Remote)

CSMs are the primary point of contact for enterprise customers
Run daily Zoom calls, onboard new accounts, troubleshoot issues, guide customers on best practices, and own a portfolio of assigned accounts end to end
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the Deployment Engineer and engineering team
Experience working with technical SaaS products — APIs, integrations, workflows, or similar
A STEM degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar) with strong technical aptitude
Base Salary: $3,000 – $5000 USD/month
Performance Bonuses: $500 – $1,000 USD/month

Candidates must have experience with the full sales cycle and should be able to close sales
Must have 3-5 years of experience cold calling or prospecting in a B2B environment.
Must have experience of international calling.
Broadband technology experience and knowledge preferred.
Efficient in sales funnel management; previous experience in CRM systems.
Strong English.
Strong Networking and Negotiation skills
Candidates should expect to make 100 – 150 calls per day
Base salary plus commissions.
