LIFE STABILIZATION PROGRAM (LSP)

The Life Stabilization Program (LSP) is a virtual 1:1 case management support program designed for individuals of all faiths and backgrounds looking to accomplish short-term stabilizing goals, such as accessing government and/or medical supports, and addressing food insecurity.

Participants receive the systems navigation, referrals to community resources and programming, emotional support, and advocacy they need to bring stability to their lives.


Program highlights:

  • Receive 1:1 case management support
  • Create and follow through with an action plan to achieve your goals
  • Learn stress management techniques and healthy coping strategies
  • Optional peer group sessions and excursions around the city
  • May include career counselling

Eligibility requirements in Ontario

  • Sufficient English proficiency (recommended Canadian Language Benchmark level of 7 or higher)
  • Basic computer/phone access and skills

  • Program start date: July 9, 2026
  • Program length: 12 weeks
  • Time commitment: 1-2 hours/week

Refer-a-Friend!

Are you a Ve’ahavta program alumnus? If so, you can refer new, prospective Life Stabilization Program (LSP) and Ve’ahavta Skills Academy (VSA) program participants to apply and receive $25 for each successful referral!

NOTE: The referee must attend an info-session and complete the application process, but they don’t need to be accepted into a program in order for you to receive your payment.
