This list helps to troubleshoot the issue. If all statements are checked and correct but the issue remains, please contact us via the form below for further support.

The luminaires were previously operating correctly

All electrical connections have been checked

Electrical power is reaching the product

Luminaires have not been modified

All luminaires were connected to LED drivers before the mains supply was switched on

When using a 2-channel LED driver (aluminium casing), both channels are in use

Information like spectrum, serial number and version code can be found on the label, located on the side of the fixture.
