Agency FAQ
Can I bill my clients with my own brand?
Yes. You bill your client under your terms. ValidGraph bills you as the agency. The client never sees the transaction with us.
What if I go over a client’s quota?
The quota is global to the agency account, not per client. When you approach the limit you can upgrade to Enterprise (50,000/mo) or buy additional packs.
Can I migrate clients between projects?
Yes. Rename, transfer ownership or archive. Historical data is preserved.
