We ship all orders from our factory in Japan with JP Post as quickly as possible, usually within one business day of the order being placed. Shipping time may vary depending on your local postal service, but we anticipate it will take 7-10 business days to arrive.

Many inferior imitations of Valenti products are on sale. Our good name is being used by substandard counterfeiters who like to cut corners. We manufacture products under strict control to prevent the distribution of counterfeit products. Please be careful not to accidentally purchase a counterfeit product. Especially if it is sold at a suspiciously low price, we recommend that you carefully check the reliability of the seller before purchasing.
At this time we can only offer returns and warranty repairs for products bought directly from us. This website is the only official sales outlet in North America, and if you bought it from a third party website or eBay auction, you may not be in possession of an authentic Valenti product. In such cases, please contact the seller you purchased from.
Not a chance! Our LEDs are designed to have an incredibly long lifespan and never lose brightness or lead to failure or flickering (AKA high flare) situations.
Since the blinker circuit of the product has a built-in resistor, high flare does not occur.
However, if you change the other blinker parts to LEDs, you may need to take measures for each.
LEDs are generally said to have a long life and serve reliably for many years, but as a product, they are composed of multiple parts aside from the lights themselves. In addition to the differences in individual parts and their assembly, the effects of the use environment such as climate and vibration may affect the parts differently. This makes this question difficult to answer with certainty, as the actual lifespan may vary greatly.
The included manual simply describes the process and it is a relatively simple job, but if you do not have the necessary tools or are worried about the work, we recommend that you ask a specialist.
In an environment where the surface temperature of the lens drops, such as when washing a car or sudden changes in the weather, cloudiness (condensation of water droplets) may occur temporarily inside the lens. Since it is equipped with a vent for adjusting humidity and atmospheric pressure, it will be gradually eliminated by circulating the internal air when in use.
Our LED light housings are all sealed and waterproof, so you shouldn’t need any additional treatments or products. If you are using aftermarket body kits, it’s possible that it may not fit perfectly. Although there’s no practical need, you may wish to use a sealant for aesthetic reasons.
Vehicles which are compliant with ECE (Economic Commissions of Europe) regulations receive an e-Mark, a mandatory requirement for all automotive components and vehicles sold in the European Economic Area (EEA).
An e-Mark proves our components comply with the relevant EU/ECE regulations and can be sold in the EU, as well as other regions which have signed up to the ECE vehicle regulations. EU type approval is mandatory for whole vehicles as well as a range of automotive systems and components. Although the E-mark is not required in the US, it reflect our commitment to quality, and compliance with international safety standards.
E-mark is generally shown on the surface of a lens or a housing so you don’t need to disassemble anything to find it.
