My Own #2 is now available

The second issue of My Own: Self Ownership and Self-Creation against all Authority is now available. My Own is a bulletin of anarchist ideas, literature, analysis and reviews from an anti-capitalist, non-market egoist and individualist perspective.

This issue includes: “Amor Fati: in love with fate”; a portion of my working translation of Max Stirner’s The Unique and Its Property; George Schumm on Max Stirner; “Questioning: Mental Illness”; pieces by Renzo Novatore and Georges Palante; etc.

Single issues are $1 postpaid in the US. Subscriptions are $5 for 6 issues, $10 for 12 issues postpaid in the US. Multiple copies (5 or more of a single issue) are 60% of the cover price. Outside of the US, please add a reasonable amount to cover postage.

Since I am currently operating out of my house, I don’t want to post the address here. So if you want to order anything e-mail me at apioludd@lavabit.com for ordering information. The prices listed or for single copies postpaid in the US. Multiple copies (5 or more) of any title are 60% of the cover price postpaid. I don’t have a paypal account. I accept payment in cash or US postage stamps (rating a regular first class stamp at 50 cents). In time, I plan to shift from this sort of measured economic exchange to an unmeasured “gift” exchange based on mutual self-interest. In the meantime, I will be figuring out ways to accept donations from “supporters” and “sustainers” of the project. When this works out and I am able to have more of the tools I use in my own hands, I will make the shift. In the meantime though, I will offer interesting reading material as inexpensively as I can. Announcing a New Anarchist Paper

The first issue of My Own: Self-Ownership and Self-Creation against all Authority has come off the press. It is a paper of anarchist ideas, literature, analysis and reviews from an explicitly egoist and individualist perspective. I intend to put forward an anti-capitalist, non-market egoist perspective aimed at encouraging the interweaving of individual insurrections against all forms of authority, domination, enslavement and enforcement of conformity. I will not present any blueprints for an ideal society… I leave that to the various politicians and preachers seeking converts and cadre rather than accomplices.

I intend to publish My Own frequently, but am not setting a specific schedule so that my life and my project can play together more easily.

I will be glad to look at any writings submitted to the paper, and if I think that they fit with what I want to do with this project I will use them.

My Own is available for $1 or two first-class stamps an issue. Subscriptions are $5 for 6 issues. If you would like multiple copies for distribution, an order of 5 or more of a single issue will be 60% of the cover price, or 60¢ per copy.
