If you are looking to pivot into UX or level up your research career, these frequently asked questions cover everything you need to know about getting started. From understanding our coaching pathways—such as our group programs or One-on-One sessions—to learning about our community events and pricing, this guide is designed to help you choose the right level of support for your professional journey.
Eniola provides several pathways: a 10-week group program called New Job January, a hands-on Apprenticeship for portfolio building, Bespoke One-on-One Coaching for end-to-end support, and à la carte hourly sessions.
Current rates for Individual á La Carte sessions are $675 per hour, usually sold in packages of three, five, or eight.
The Bespoke One-on-One programs, which include the Career Accelerator or Business Building tracks, are a flat fee of $9,995.
À La Carte sessions offer one hour of focused attention on a specific topic, like a mock interview, but do not include support between meetings. Bespoke coaching includes asynchronous support where Eniola provides templates and feedback on your drafts between sessions.
Yes, Eniola offers a bespoke track specifically for building a research practice. She uses her 5+ years of entrepreneurial experience to help you structure offers, identify markets, and build business systems.
Participants should plan to spend approximately 5 to 10 hours per week. This time covers live sessions, reviewing recordings, and completing weekly tasks such as refining resumes or updating LinkedIn profiles.
Eniola frequently hosts networking events and UX dinners in the Bay Area to help researchers stay connected. You can follow Eniola and UX Outloud on LinkedIn to find out about the upcoming events or connect with other UX Professionals.
While the program provides all the necessary tools and strategies, the final outcome depends on your consistency in networking and your commitment to refining your professional materials.
