Your personal information will be stored with appropriate safeguards. Utopia Equestrian Estate will save your personal data carefully (digitally) and provide suitable technical and organizational security

measures. The technical security includes keeping the IT-systems used up to date and ensuring proper backup. The organizational security includes a package of measures for both digital and physical data. All measures are aimed at preventing abuse and loss of personal data. You have the right to ask to see copies of the information we hold for you. We will only use your data in a manner that is appropriate considering the basis on which that data was collected. Utopia Equestrian Estate may use your personal information for example to:

We only ever ask for the minimum amount of data for the associated purpose and delete that data promptly once it is no longer required. Because of our services, we may process personal data of persons who are not clients of Utopia Equestrian Estate. We receive this information from you or from a cooperation-partner/counterparty. These personal details are part of your customer file and for this reason are kept as long as your own data.
